- Lead customer engagements from discovery and solution design through prototyping, implementation, and go-live.
- Serve as the primary product contact for customers, guiding executive stakeholders and directing embedded forward deploy engineers.
- Translate customer problems into prioritized requirements, deliver solutions rapidly, and feed recurring patterns into the product roadmap.
