Principal Product Manager, SMB Growth, International

What you'll do

• Set the 1–3 year portfolio roadmap and own international P&L, optimizing acquisition, engagement, retention, and service adoption.
• Translate regional requirements into scalable platform solutions and lead the shift to AI-agentic customer workflows.
• Lead Product, Engineering, and Design, partnering across commercial teams to deliver go-to-market execution and market growth.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of product management leadership, scaling B2B SaaS or Fintech products in CA, UK, AU, or similar complex international markets, focused on product-led growth, self-service, or subscription models.
• Expertise in accounting, fintech, payments, commerce, or workforce management.
• Experience building multi-product integrated ecosystems and moving products up-market while maintaining simplicity.
• Ability to lead Product, Development, and Design teams and use LTV, CAC, and revenue impact to guide investment decisions.

Mountain View: USD $243,000 - $328,500 base salary
