Leads the design and governance of Intuit’s integrated Finance- and HR-led workforce planning system and partners with business areas to turn strategy into actionable workforce plans.
What you'll do
- Design and improve the end-to-end workforce planning process, standards, and operating cadence, including executive reviews.
- Facilitate process design with Finance, HR, business units, and executives, and validate improvements in live planning cycles.
- Translate business strategy into workforce demand, supply and gap assessments, scenarios, and plans to address workforce needs.
