Principal Technical Product Manager, Enterprise AI Workflow Enablement

What you'll do

• Coach AI Champions to configure, integrate, evaluate, and roll out approved workflow blueprints; prototype and validate agentic workflows with engineering partners.
• Set baselines, instrument and validate outcomes, and drive behavioral adoption and workforce changes with telemetry and HR partners.
• Maintain the redesign portfolio, uphold governance and architecture standards, and relay platform gaps and friction to architecture and engineering teams.

What they ask for

• 12+ years of progressive experience designing, building, or operating production AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Technical background with experience writing production code, building technical prototypes, or holding a hands-on technical role; currently building agentic workflow prototypes in day-to-day work.
• At least 3 years driving change inside other people’s organizations.
• Track record of taking AI-powered workflows from prototype to in-production enterprise adoption; experience influencing VP-level and above stakeholders on strategy and investment decisions; bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in enterprise HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, or Customer Success technology; responsible AI, evaluation, or governance; or as a forward-deployed engineer or AI solutions architect.

Pay

USD 243,000 - 328,500 base salary (Mountain View); USD 230,000- 311,000 base salary (San Diego, CA)
