What you'll do
- Guide customers through their office visit, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect them with the appropriate service or expert.
- Support customer acquisition and retention through in-store events, networking, and marketing activities; share recurring customer issues with office leadership.
- When designated as key carrier, open or close the office and provide temporary team coverage, resolving routine operational issues and escalating safety or out-of-guideline matters.
