What you'll do
- Welcome, guide, and follow up with customers; answer questions and resolve concerns through a smooth hand-off to the appropriate service or expert.
- Support customer acquisition and retention through in-store events, networking, and marketing; share recurring customer friction points with office leadership.
- When designated as key carrier, open or close the office, host a brief team huddle, and handle routine issues during manager absences, escalating matters outside guidelines.
