About the job
Provides personalized, in-office customer guidance and hospitality for TurboTax, while supporting newer team members and covering basic office operations when designated as a key carrier.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, guide them to appropriate services, resolve concerns, and follow up on outstanding questions.
- Support customer acquisition and retention, represent the Intuit and TurboTax brands, and share recurring customer friction points with office leadership.
- When designated, open or close the office, host team huddles, handle routine operational issues, and escalate matters outside established guidelines.
