Senior Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy predictive models, including forecasting, LTV, deep learning, and uplift models.
• Own experimentation and causal analyses, measuring incremental impact and defining success metrics.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional product strategy.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in applied data science roles.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience applying machine learning and causal inference in product-facing applications, integrating ML into production, and designing experiments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Qlik.
• Experience in personalization, recommendation, or AI-assisted UX.

Pay

San Diego $149,500 - $202,500 (base salary); Mountain View, CA $162,500- $220,000 (base salary)
