Senior Staff Data Scientist - Talent Acquisition Analytics Lead

What you'll do

• Set and execute the Talent Acquisition analytics roadmap, define accountability metrics, and advise senior leaders.
• Build hiring forecasts and funnel-conversion models, and connect hiring, attrition, and internal mobility insights.
• Scope and measure AI-native experiences, oversee TA data governance, and develop scalable analytics solutions.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of People Analytics experience, including data science, with 5+ years supporting Talent Acquisition analytics.
• Expertise building and interpreting hiring models, including predictive and forecast models, and applying causal inference methods.
• Advanced SQL and fluency in Python or R, with hands-on data wrangling and analysis experience.
• Experience scoping and measuring AI-native experiences and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Avature or other related ATS systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of data governance frameworks and data quality standards.

Pay

Mountain View: $210,500 - $284,500 USD base salary
