Senior Staff Product Manager - Agent Runtime

What you'll do

• Set the Agent Runtime platform vision, strategy, and roadmap, and drive initiatives from requirements through execution and adoption.
• Develop core agent infrastructure, including agent harnesses, evaluation frameworks, and secure sandboxes.
• Partner with AI, engineering, platform, and consumer experience teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing product platforms, backend workflow orchestration, or Traditional AI/ML systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade agents for consumers.
• Deep technical understanding of agentic AI, including agent harnesses, Context engineering, MCPs, LLM evaluation pipelines, and agent execution environments.
• Proven ability to drive complex foundational platforms into production and align cross-functional teams.

Pay

USD 205,500 - USD 278,000 base salary
