Senior Staff Product Manager, Assisted Tax Growth

What you'll do

• Define and own the multi-year growth strategy, roadmap, experiments, and outcomes across TurboTax tax offerings.
• Launch personalized, AI-powered growth experiences and product growth loops in partnership with AI, Data Science, and cross-functional teams.
• Measure growth through controlled experiments and core KPIs, while ensuring AI experiences are accurate, reliable, transparent, and protective of customer data.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of hands-on product management experience shipping large-scale consumer products to millions of customers, with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven success driving product-led growth through consumer flows and in-product experiences.
• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and using SQL, dashboards, or product analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered consumer experiences.
• Experience with growth loops, lifecycle levers, fintech or privacy-sensitive domains, marketing technology, or lead management platforms; MBA and/or Strategy Consulting background is a plus.

Pay

Mountain View: USD 205,500 - 278,000 base salary; San Diego, CA: USD 189,500- 256,000 base salary
