Senior Staff Product Manager, QuickBooks Accounting Agent

What you'll do

• Set product strategy and roadmap, using customer needs and AI/ML developments to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead engineering, design, applied AI/ML, and product teams building end-to-end agentic accounting experiences, including evaluation, guardrails, and trust mechanisms.
• Prioritize work, coordinate across teams, design experiments, and define success metrics.

• Track record in SaaS product management delivering experiences that address core customer needs.
• Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product experiences in production.
• Fluency with LLMs, agents, RAG, and evaluations, including understanding probabilistic systems and their tradeoffs.
• Strong customer insight, data-driven product judgment, and cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.

USD 205,500 - USD 278,000 base salary
