Senior Technical Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Translate audit and compliance requirements into engineering specifications and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineers on implementation.
• Drive GRC automation initiatives, including evidence pipelines, automated control testing, workpaper generation, and audit dashboards.
• Validate AI-generated artifacts and automated outputs for accuracy, defensibility, and auditor-readiness; define delivery and pipeline metrics.

What they ask for

• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical compliance, IT audit, SOC 1/2, or GRC roles, with direct exposure to control testing and audit evidence.
• Ability to translate compliance or audit requirements into engineering specifications and work directly with engineers on designs and requirements.
• Working knowledge of SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53, or SOX 302/404 control frameworks.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tooling and interest in applying it to compliance and audit work.

Pay

USD 151,000- 204,500 base salary; USD 136,000- $184,000 base salary
