Sr. Staff Product Manager - AI Context

What you'll do

• Set the platform vision and roadmap for capturing, organizing, retrieving, and serving customer context to AI agents.
• Build reusable capabilities for memory, context assembly, retrieval, grounding, and secure, permission-aware access.
• Partner across product and engineering teams to establish agent evaluation and drive platform adoption and measurable customer impact.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer platforms, customer data systems, personalization infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
• 2+ years building and shipping production-grade Agentic AI platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of Agentic AI and context engineering, including memory, retrieval/RAG, grounding, tool use, and customer data integration.
• Experience with large-scale customer data platforms, agent evaluation frameworks, and leading foundational platforms from concept through production and adoption.

Pay

USD 205,500 - USD 278,000 base salary
