What you'll do
- Lead strategic projects and annual and long-range planning, from problem framing and analysis through recommendations, executive alignment, and implementation.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, while tracking the lending market, partners, competition, and macroeconomic conditions.
- Coordinate cross-functional work, establish KPIs and dashboards, and communicate business performance and recommendations to leadership.
