Staff Data Scientist - Engagement

What you'll do

• Own the Connected Accounts analytics agenda and identify opportunities across the member journey.
• Apply machine learning, causal inference, segmentation, and experiments to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design; contribute to AI/ML opportunities and mentor data scientists.

What they ask for

• Experience designing and interpreting experiments, with working knowledge of causal inference.
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation and experimentation design.
• Exposure to building offline classification and regression models for business decisions.
• BS or MS in a specified quantitative or technical field, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with account aggregation, fintech data connectivity, or personal financial management products; fintech experience is a plus.
• Experience contributing reusable analytical frameworks, methodologies, or tools.

Pay

USD 194,000 - USD 262,500 base salary
