Designs, builds, and deploys intelligent automation and AI solutions that improve workflows across Customer Success and related business operations.
What you'll do
- Design and implement end-to-end automation architectures, integrations, and Python-based frameworks.
- Build, train, validate, and deploy classical ML, LLM, and agentic AI solutions for business processes.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and oversee solutions through production and monitoring.
