- Build, test, document, and deploy incentive plans; audit crediting and payouts for accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver and maintain ICM reports and dashboards, diagnose crediting and payout issues, and address root causes of manual adjustments.
- Create reusable AI skills and workflows for plan building, crediting diagnostics, and data validation; partner across systems and teams on integrations and alerts.

- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; able to reconcile large transaction datasets and trace issues to root cause.
- Experience building reporting in SAP SIM or another ICM platform.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.

- SAP Sales Incentive Management / SAP Commissions (Callidus) experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows or reusable AI tools; familiarity with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or QuickBase is also noted.
