Staff People Analyst - Applied AI

What you'll do

• Build and evaluate AI/LLM proof-of-concepts and agent-assisted analytics using governed people data, with clear human escalation boundaries.
• Align experiments with enterprise AI standards and contribute to the HR contextual layer, including shared definitions and business logic.
• Set prototype-to-production criteria, communicate feasibility and risk to senior stakeholders, and build team capability through reusable practices and coaching.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML roles, with hands-on ownership of building and shipping solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered tools/prototypes.
• Working knowledge of data warehouse, pipeline, and architecture concepts; experience with dashboard/BI design and self-serve or conversational analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday HCM data and Avature or other ATS/recruiting platforms.
• Experience partnering with an enterprise AI/AI Transformation team, platform team, or ML engineering organization on shared standards or infrastructure.

Pay

Mountain View: USD 169,500 - 229,000 base salary; New York: USD 159,500- USD 215,500 base salary; San Diego, CA: USD 151,000- USD 204,000 base salary
