Staff Product Manager, AI-Native Developer Platform

What you'll do

• Define platform strategy, roadmaps, and abstractions across PDX domains.
• Own the developer-velocity measurement framework, metrics, and dashboards.
• Ship AI-native platform experiences and drive adoption across developer teams.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of PM experience in platform products at scale, with hands-on ownership of distributed systems environments.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms, including VPC architecture, IAM, Kubernetes, service mesh, CI/CD, and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of shipping platform products with measurable adoption and business impact across large engineering organizations.
• Proven ability to define company-wide measurement frameworks and influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority.

Nice to have

• AWS experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with operational data platforms, AI/ML developer tooling, load testing, chaos engineering, DORA metrics, or reliability engineering.

Pay

Mountain View $188,500 - $255,000 USD base salary
