Own the product strategy and delivery of automated, auditable payroll workflows for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Build workflows that detect payroll readiness, flag anomalies, and proactively drive approvals and compliance checks.
- Redesign data models and permissions to support reliable automation, with customer controls to review, override, or roll back actions.
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, and legal; define and track metrics for payroll exceptions, completion times, and retention.
