Leads full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy for Intuit’s Local Tax Expert program as it builds its onsite workforce across Flagship, Retail, and Service offices.
What you'll do
- Advise local office leaders on talent needs and lead end-to-end hiring for tax experts.
- Develop sourcing strategies, manage offers and candidate experiences, and monitor hiring progress using data.
- Mentor recruiters and coordinators and align cross-functional partners on hiring priorities.
