Staff Software Engineer - Back End

What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, maintainable applications and systems across architectural layers.
• Integrate AI into applications, launch integrations in production, and evaluate their impact using appropriate metrics.
• Set development best practices and mentor junior engineers, collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in mid-tier languages like Java; experience with test automation and relational database design and implementation.
• Practical experience with microservices, container technologies, cloud environments, and building or integrating AI models.

Nice to have

• Interest in building CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in utility computing and/or cloud computing.

Pay

USD 188,500 - 255,000 base salary
