Staff Software Engineer - Back End

What you'll do

• Architect and develop scalable, durable, secure software systems across multiple layers.
• Lead AI integrations in production, measure their impact, and mentor engineers in software and AI practices.
• Provide development and platform recommendations while collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in mid-tier languages like Java; experience with relational database design and implementation.
• Practical experience with microservices, container technologies, and cloud environments; experience building or integrating AI models and evaluating them in production.

Nice to have

• Interest in building CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in utility computing and/or cloud computing domain.

Pay

Mountain View: $202,500 - $274,000 USD base salary
