Staff Software Engineer, Email Editing, Fullstack

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate frontend, backend, and AI-powered features; guide content structure, validation, and versioning.
• Ensure email rendering correctness, modernize legacy technology safely, and operate production services using observability and on-call practices.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design documentation, code review, and cross-functional collaboration.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent demonstrated ability), including several years building and shipping production web applications at scale.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered product features, such as with agent frameworks, AI tools, prompt design, or evaluation pipelines.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and React, plus server-side engineering in at least one of Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Experience operating production APIs and services, technical leadership, testing across unit/integration/end-to-end levels, strong communication, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML email rendering, editors or document tooling, or legacy modernization.
• Familiarity with high-scale data and infrastructure, web accessibility, or email and privacy regulations.
