About the job
Sets technical direction and owns the architecture, reliability, accessibility, and evolution of Mailchimp’s frontend forms platform, including its schema-driven renderer and micro-frontend composition.
What you'll do
- Lead platform architecture, migration, schema contracts, rendering, and design-system contributions.
- Drive production reliability, performance monitoring, accessibility, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance.
- Guide engineers through technical decisions, design reviews, pairing, and architecture documentation; participate in on-call.

Pay
New York USD $202,500 - $274,000 base salary
