What you'll do

• Architect and implement AI-native systems and workflows from concept through production.
• Set technical direction and quality standards; mentor engineers and influence cross-team architecture and product solutions.
• Instrument, evaluate, and improve AI features, while resolving defects and partnering with cross-functional teams.

What they ask for

• 7+ years architecting and developing high-scale distributed systems and web applications.
• 7+ years with object-oriented languages; strong design and coding skills in Java and Python.
• Demonstrated applied AI experience spanning traditional ML and Generative AI, including production evaluation and monitoring.
• Experience with data processing and movement, relational databases, test automation, and technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Hands-on development and production rollout of agentic experiences is a huge plus.

USD $202,500 - $274,000 base salary
