About the job
Own and scale Inversion’s manufacturing organization across machining, harnessing, mechanical assembly, and parachute systems to support repeatable production of flight hardware.
What you'll do
- Transition programs from development to production; set make-versus-buy strategy, capacity plans, and production forecasts.
- Establish lean manufacturing, quality controls, KPIs, and corrective-action processes across manufacturing disciplines.
- Build and lead the organization, facilities, capital strategy, and production tracking systems.
