Build and lead Inversion Space’s HR function, managing employee programs, compliance, HR operations, and culture as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure California employment law and federal contractor HR compliance; maintain HR policies and reporting.
- Manage HRIS and workforce data, partner with Finance on planning, and develop the HR team as the role grows.
