Owns the end-to-end design, documentation, manufacturing support, and physical integration of electrical wire harnesses for a hypersonic reentry vehicle.
What you'll do
- Design and route vehicle electrical harnesses in 3D CAD; produce manufacturing drawings, schematics, layouts, and bills of materials.
- Select harness components and conduct shielding, grounding, wire-sizing, and EMI/EMC trade studies for aerospace environments.
- Create fabrication and inspection procedures, support hands-on harness integration, and mentor engineers and technicians.
