Designs and develops vacuum chamber, heat exchanger, and related thermal systems for a hypersonic plasma wind tunnel and reentry-material testing.
What you'll do
- Lead design, thermal/fluid analysis, and sizing of vacuum chamber and heat exchanger systems, including mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Own CAD models, drawings, release packages, and bills of materials; support prototype builds, integration, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate design trades and work with vehicle, manufacturing, test, supply-chain, vendor, and technician teams through fabrication and integration.
