What you'll do
- Coordinate enterprise delivery with account Technical Leads and engineering, including project ceremonies, resource alignment, quality, and timelines.
- Turn ambiguous client needs into actionable delivery frameworks; build and scale operational processes and performance analytics.
- Support strategic client engagements, build data-driven business cases, and mentor operational and delivery teams.
