What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end staffing, from project planning and sourcing through contractor onboarding and billing readiness.
- Screen and match candidates to client needs, using AI tools and skills assessments where appropriate.
- Track staffing progress and report on fill rate, time-to-staff, time-to-first-billed-hour, and utilization.
