What you'll do
- Oversee daily civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete, structural steel, and site utilities; monitor quality and resolve deficiencies.
- Lead and mentor subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and conduct inspections and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, maintain project records, and address on-site issues affecting progress.
