What you'll do
- Oversee daily civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete, structural steel, paving, and utilities; monitor quality, progress, and safety.
- Lead and mentor subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and resolve on-site issues affecting construction.
- Maintain daily reports, schedules, and change-order records.
