About the job
Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center hardware and network equipment to support reliable and secure operations.
What you'll do
- Maintain, diagnose, and replace servers and related infrastructure; monitor environmental conditions and escalate issues.
- Support customer installations, including equipment rack-and-stack, cable management, and infrastructure builds.
- Track hardware inventory and documentation, follow security protocols, and collaborate with remote engineering teams on deployments and incidents.
