Leads supplier and commodity quality for IREN’s AI infrastructure supply chain, setting supplier standards and agreements, assessing performance, and driving corrective action and improvement.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the SQE/CQE team, establishing quality practices, KPIs, and governance.
- Set supplier quality requirements and contract exhibits; audit supplier quality systems and lead performance reviews.
- Drive supplier corrective action, development, commodity quality work, scorecards, and collaboration with Sourcing and HW Quality & PLM.
