About the job

Own end-to-end global WAN, fibre, ISP, and carrier connectivity delivery to ensure resilient, high-capacity network readiness for AI/HPC infrastructure sites.

What you'll do

  • Drive carrier and ISP delivery, escalating blockers to meet fibre installation, circuit turn-up, upgrade, and remediation timelines.
  • Coordinate connectivity deployment, acceptance, failover testing, route diversity, and operational readiness with internal teams and providers.
  • Manage connectivity capacity, resilience risks, procurement processes, and deployment reporting across sites.

What they ask for

  • Strong understanding of WAN architecture, fibre infrastructure, carrier provisioning, route diversity, colocation networking, and high-capacity connectivity.
  • Proven experience managing ISPs, telecommunications providers, dark fibre operators, or carrier delivery programs in mission-critical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, drive provider accountability, and remove delivery blockers under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating connectivity deployments across data centers, AI/HPC, enterprise, or hyperscale infrastructure.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with long-haul transport, DWDM, IX connectivity, backbone infrastructure, and carrier interconnection models.
  • Experience supporting GPU compute, AI infrastructure, HPC, or hyperscale infrastructure environments.
