About the job
Provides Tier 2 operations support for cloud network infrastructure, resolving incidents and maintaining reliable network services.
What you'll do
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents across switching, routing, firewall, and interconnect environments, and support service restoration.
- Investigate major or recurring incidents, contribute to root cause analysis, and execute approved network changes.
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity and customer interconnections; collaborate with engineering teams and service providers, maintain documentation, and mentor junior staff.
