Supports operational and capital-project purchasing by sourcing materials and services, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with project, site, and warehouse teams.
What you'll do
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes; issue RFQs/RFPs and prepare bid comparisons for stakeholder review.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accurate records and compliance with purchasing policies.
- Track and expedite orders, coordinate delivery logistics, and resolve vendor or receiving discrepancies.
