What you'll do
- Perform Level 2 incident analysis across GPU clusters, networks, and facilities, supporting triage, escalation, and RCA workflows.
- Tune alerts and monitoring, maintain service health dashboards and reliability metrics, and validate automated detection and correlation outputs.
- Implement IOC-level automation, ensure ticket and incident data quality, and support shift handoffs, documentation, and Analyst I coaching.
