What you'll do
- Coordinate people-related governance, compliance, audit, regulatory reporting, and risk-management activities across jurisdictions.
- Own and improve global People & Culture processes, policies, playbooks, controls, and operating procedures.
- Plan and deliver People & Culture initiatives, including recurring programs and people-related workstreams for mergers, integrations, and expansion.
