Leads execution of strategic US AI data center contracts, managing delivery plans, readiness, commissioning, risks, commercial impacts, and customer handover.
What you'll do
- Oversee contract execution and intervene early to address unpredictable delivery.
- Own integrated schedules and stage-gated readiness across construction/MEP, commissioning, IST, and handover.
- Manage execution reporting and governance, assess client changes, and escalate delivery and commercial risks.
