About the job
Owns manufacturing and product quality for network racks and interconnect hardware, from new product introduction through volume production and sustaining, to meet reliability, cost, quality, and yield targets.
What you'll do
- Set quality standards and scalable manufacturing, integration, and rack-level test processes; drive continuous improvement with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause corrective action for network and interconnect failures, and own the Major Issue List.
- Conduct inspections, maintain production and quality documentation, establish quality KPIs, and report partner and supplier performance.

- Expertise in network hardware testing and quality methods, including BER and eye-margin testing, optical measurements, FACA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and yield analysis.
