About the job
Owns on-site delivery of data-center campus network infrastructure, coordinating low-voltage contractors, construction trades, readiness, quality, schedule, and handover.
What you'll do
- Manage low-voltage and fiber contractors, reviewing scope, submittals, quality, testing, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate network-room, entrance, pathway, rack, and power readiness with campus construction teams and maintain network milestones.
- Manage network project records and change control, then assemble handover documentation and lead acceptance walks.

- Ability to read and challenge Division 27 drawings and specifications; field experience managing low-voltage and fiber contractors.

Nice to have
- BICSI Technician or RCDD, FOA CFOT, or equivalent credentials; PMP or equivalent certification is highly regarded but not required.
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, SAP, or Primavera P6; multi-prime delivery experience.
