Sets product strategy and technical direction for Ironclad’s Search and Contract Understanding platform, improving contract retrieval, extraction, and shared data capabilities.
What you'll do
- Own search and extraction quality, roadmaps, and evaluation systems from document import through retrieval and export.
- Develop structured, relational contract representations and APIs that support search and other teams.
- Align engineering, applied science, design, legal, and business partners on technical decisions and execution.
