Leads end-to-end product design for Ironclad’s contract lifecycle management platform, including AI-powered experiences, while shaping shared patterns and influencing product direction.
What you'll do
- Lead design strategy from problem framing through launch, iteration, and measurement, connecting decisions to customer outcomes.
- Design AI experiences and agent behavior with trust, explainability, user control, and safe failure modes in mind.
- Prototype and validate concepts with customers, partner cross-functionally, and establish reusable design patterns while mentoring designers.
