Lead improvements to Ironclad’s developer tools and infrastructure so engineering teams can build, test, release, and support software more efficiently.
What you'll do
- Improve JavaScript/TypeScript build and test systems, Kubernetes tooling, CI/CD, release automation, Backstage, and local development environments.
- Set technical direction, lead implementation and adoption across teams, and use engineering metrics and feedback to prioritize improvements.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and participate in the team’s support rotation.

$210,000 - $235,000 USD base salary
