Manages clinical vendor selection, contracting, budgets, and oversight to support compliant, predictable clinical trial execution.
What you'll do
- Lead vendor RFI/RFP processes, recommend selections, and negotiate vendor agreements, MSAs, CTAs, and investigator budgets.
- Monitor vendor performance, study budgets, deliverables, contract changes, and closeout reconciliation.
- Manage contractual risks and compliance, and assess AI tools that could improve contract negotiation and management.
