Leads a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and drives technical execution of digital engineering programs, platform capabilities, and customer engagements.
What you'll do
- Manage and mentor engineers; coordinate planning, prioritization, and delivery across concurrent efforts.
- Guide technical designs and implementations, resolve complex engineering and integration challenges, and help define reusable standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and customers to turn needs into technical plans and communicate tradeoffs.
